Anzac Day - Saturday, 25th April:
There will be two Anzac Day events conducted by the Social Club.
1. Broadcast of the Dawn Service from the Australian War Memorial,
Canberra 5.30am AEST will be held at the Manor from 5.15am, followed
by tea/coffee, Anzac biscuits, rum and milk shots at 6am. (Free)
2. A Gunfire Breakfast ($5 per person) will follow in the Melody Ridge Centre
at 9.30am.
Replacement of timber fence: Aveo are replacing the timber boundary fence at the rear of the village.
The work is to be funded from Aveo’s Facilities Capital Budget, so no effect on Village finances.
Work is due to commence on 13th April 2026.
Avoid a speeding fine: Remember that the speed limit on Ridley Road between Graham Road and Beams Road, is 50 km/h. This is the general rule for built-up areas.
